Action by the University to discipline an Employee for misconduct or serious misconduct and includes:

  • formal censure or counselling;
  • demotion by one or more classification levels or increments;
  • withholding of an increment;
  • suspension with or without pay; or
  • termination of employment for serious misconduct only.
