1 Definition

A Breach in Research occurs where there is a contravention of the specific provisions of the University's Research Code of Conduct Policy and the broader Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research, however the contravention is less serious and is not deliberate. Any repetition or continuation of the contravention may however constitute Research Misconduct.
