Special Circumstances

1 Definition

Matters which are, in most cases, beyond the control of the Student and which will impact their capacity to progress with their planned program of study or meet a submission deadline. In some legislation, Special Circumstances are referred to as ‚Äúcompassionate and compelling circumstances‚ÄĚ.
