3 Procedures
3.1 Management

This will be achieved through the implementation and monitoring of the Learning and Teaching Plan. This plan will normally be reviewed on a five year cycle as part of the University’s planning cycle, based on objective and rigorous assessments of performance and wide involvement by the University academic community. The plan will determine objectives and strategies to ensure the integration of the five guiding principles into all aspects of teaching and learning within USQ.
3.2 Responsibility
The Academic Board has responsibility for monitoring all aspects of the Learning and Teaching Policy. It will do this primarily through its Academic Program Committee. This Committee, through its Chairperson, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Scholarship), will consult with all academic sections and the wider academic community, especially the Faculties, and the Global Learning Division on the development, management and implementation of the policy. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching) will be responsible of the implementation and monitoring of the Learning and Teaching Plan.
